Thanks to Charlie, Grandpa to Rhys, who has been coming to us for over a year now, who arranged for a generous donation of £500 from the Members of the Bedford Lodge Of Instruction
It is so welcome, we have had an expensive year this year due to the very wet and windy spring which brought down a few trees on our site, and flooded part of the field destabilizing our storage shed, all needing expensive maintenance work. So our coffers were low.
The money will go towards our core costs which is maintaining the two acre site so it is accessible to those with mobility difficulties, providing lots of different sensory items for sensory experiences and maintaining our supplies for gardening, sandplay and crafts.
